How do I book a house-call barber?
Open Clyp, allow location access, pick a barber on the map or from search, choose a service, confirm your address, and pay with Apple Pay or card at checkout.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Open your active booking from Home or Profile → Booking history, then use Cancel or Reschedule. Policies may vary by how close you are to the appointment time.
How do barbers get paid?
Barbers connect a Stripe payout account in Profile → Payment methods. Clyp processes client payments and routes barber earnings through Stripe Connect.
How do I delete my account?
In the Clyp app go to Profile → Edit profile → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile data from Clyp.
How do I report a safety issue or abusive content?
Use Report on a barber profile, Report issue on a job, or Report user from chat. Our team reviews abuse reports and may suspend accounts that violate our Terms.
How do I download a copy of my data?
In the Clyp app go to Profile → Edit profile → Privacy → Export my data (JSON). You can save or share the file through the iOS share sheet.
Where is the barber contractor agreement?
Barbers agree to the Master Artisan EULA at sign-up. The full agreement is published at theclyp.com/barber-eula and in Profile → Master Artisan EULA.
How do promo codes work at checkout?
Enter your code on the service selection screen before confirming your house call. Discounts and promo credits apply directly to your booking subtotal before Apple Pay authorization.
Which devices does Clyp support?
Clyp is built natively for iOS, supporting all modern iPhones as well as foldables like the iPhone Duo with seamless two-column split layouts and folding continuity.
